How can Profile help me?

Profile challenges your organisation to:

  • Support and promote healthy balance between work and personal life

  • Ensure line managers are equipped with the capabilities and confidence to support their teams’ health and wellbeing. These capabilities will be different in each organisation, but might involve looking out for symptoms of stress or bullying, ensuring a supportive team culture, and ensuring team members feel they have ownership over the decisions which affect them

  • Look at the way job roles are designed and people are developed, to maintain their motivation and sense of ownership of their work

  • Create a workplace culture of trust and respect, through ensuring people share a clear set of values and feel involved in the decision-making process which affects them
