Did you know?

- Typical recruitment costs of replacing an individual have been estimated at £4,000. Lloyds TSB estimate that it costs in the region of £50,000 to replace a senior manager.
Research (CIPD 2004) showed that skills shortages and difficulties in filling job vacancies are forcing more organisations to recruit and retain the best talent from the most diverse pools. To do this successfully, organisations are increasingly developing new and creative ways of offering attractive terms and conditions of employment, including different employment packages and working arrangements.
