How does it affect me?

Today’s business environment is changing and competitive. Organisations who strive to be successful take into account the community in which they operate and their workforce reflects the customers they aspire to serve.

Organisations, whether large or small, are made up of many different kinds of people. Most organisations run their business without really examining what these differences are and where there is an imbalance. This is a real missed opportunity where organisations are losing out because they are failing to embrace and utilise skills that can really help their business.
