Through Profile you can gain a far-reaching insight into how your organisation is performing against an extensive and detailed set of outcome-based criteria. While the normal Standard assessment provides you with a clear picture of your performance, Profile goes much further. It is holistic and includes areas such as corporate social responsibility, work-life balance, and leadership and management.

The strength of Profile lies in the straightforward approach it takes to the vast array of people management and development issues which successful modern organisations need to address.

  • What return you gain from your investment in people?
  • Do you have strategies in place to retain key people?
  • How successful is your organisation at developing effective managers and inspirational leaders?
  • Is your organisation’s culture really geared to achieving continuous improvement?
  • Do people in your team genuinely believe that your organisation is a great place to work?
  • Are you confident about your organisation’s core values, that they are widely shared and believed?
  • Is your reward and recognition system being used effectively to motivate people?
  • Are your employee consultation systems well-designed?
  • Do you know how your work-life balance strategies are impacting on your business?
  • Are you confident your organisation allows talented people to thrive?

Based on the 10 indicators of the Investors in People Standard, it extends them into four ‘levels’ of performance, providing you with detailed feedback on the effectiveness of your organisation’s approach. This enables you to spot areas for improvement and increase your competitive advantage.
